Joyful En-Lighten-Ment by Masaru Kato
The way for enlightenment is the process of en-LIGHTEN-ment, which has a two-fold meaning. One is to luminously LIGHTEN yourself up by receiving the Light of the Infinite, and surrendering the depths of your being to that. The other is LIGHTENing up on yourself by unloading the burden that you have created by yourself through your inherited myths and beliefs. Many spiritual scholars could teach only one or the other of them, but Lawrence Lanoff, who is a nationally sought-after speaker on spirituality, can offer both.
(1) LIGHTEN up luminously, through his powerful meditations.
The meditations he leads are more than simple visualizations or repetition of self affirmations. He is calling in the transformational energy, with a high vibration, into the group or a phone session. Participants will instantly sense a tangible quality of energy shift around and in their bodies. His workshops and meditations use group energy for collective transformation.
(2) LIGHTEN your burden, through a profound discussion, group work, unique exercises and more. Lawrence will help you to realize the delusionary nature of your pain and suffering. His insights will disenchant the mythologies, stories, ideas, and rules that bind your life and hold you prisoner. At the end, you will truly grasp the meaning of core tenets of Buddhism, “all pains are illusion.” And in that, you can be free.
The dynamics of the whole process of his workshops and phone session are FUN! As a matter of fact, through his workshops in the past, laughing, and more laughing takes place on a regular basis. This reveals Lawrence's basic philosophy: “The Universe is in constant motion for creation. Creation requires joyfulness, otherwise, no one participates in creation. This is also true for enlightenment, which should be fun for everybody. Seriousness really kills you, the Infinite, and the creative, expansion of the universe as well.”
